Matt Wenger is a recognized expert in all aspects of standardized testing and training program development. For the past 25 years, he has been a trusted advisor to more than hundreds credential-issuing organizations, guiding them through market analysis, program development, work plans, budgets, policies, and procedures.
Matt is OTG’s lead consultant on developing strategic and tactical plans to expand clients’ examination and training programs. He works directly with certification bodies, including association leadership, staff, and committees on development of core competencies, bodies of knowledge, and related educational programming. He is also an expert on business analysis and strategies for all operational aspects of testing and training, including the overhaul of processes and policies to conform with industry standards, related to test development, curriculum development, standardized test administration and credentialing-related due process.
Matt manages all aspects of the examination and training accreditation process, providing guidance on key testing industry standards, such as those promulgated by ANSI ISO 17024, APA/NCME/AERA (Joint Technical Standards) ICE (NCCA Standards), CLEAR, etc.
